Kate Middleton and Prince William have reportedly decided to send Prince George to Eton College, starting in September 2026, when he turns 13. This choice aligns with royal tradition, as Prince William and Prince Harry both attended Eton. Despite considerations of other schools like Marlborough College, where Kate studied, or the co-ed Oundle School, Eton was chosen for its proximity to the family’s home in Windsor and its historical significance, having educated numerous British prime ministers and notable figures. The decision reflects a balance between tradition and preparing George for his future role as king, with King Charles III reportedly delighted by the news.
