It's now not a royal daylight day out barring some fashionable sunnies.
It's the summer of fashionable shades!
The royals are recognised for recycling favourite pieces from their closet, but Kate Middleton loves her Finlay Henrietta sun shades with a tortoiseshell body so an awful lot that she's already worn them twice in July. Kate wore the specs for her 2022 debut at Wimbledon on July 5, pairing them with a blue polka dot dress by using Alessandra Rich and pearl earrings.
The very next day, Kate supported Prince William as he competed in a charity polo match, again sporting the sunglasses for the sunlight hours outing. This time, the specs flawlessly complemented her white Emilia Wickstead gown and Camilla Elphick residences — and doubled as a realistic headband when Kate positioned them on top of her head.
The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, debuted the fashionable accent for the duration of her tour of the Caribbean in March — causing the $225 fashion to promote out in less than 24 hours (but luckily, it's now restocked!).
