Why Prince Harry and Meghan won't spend Christmas with the royal family at Sandringham.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are unlikely to return to the UK to spend Christmas with the royal family.
Prince Harry and Meghan, and their two children Archie and Lilibet, will as an alternative celebrate the festive period in the United States.
While the couple has no longer printed their plans publicly as yet, it is expected they will decide for Christmas away from the royal family due to the ongoing tensions.
The release of their documentary, and the coming booklet of Prince Harry's memoir, is only probable to expand any animosity between the House of Windsor and the Sussexes.
"I don't recognize whether or not they would favor to come really," royal writer Angela Levin tells 9Honey.

Levin is referring to reports of Prince Harry and Meghan being blanketed in the royal family's common Christmas at the Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
The u . s . home performed host to the royal family's Christmas celebrations for many years and King Charles III will elevate on the liked tradition.
For now, at least.
"King Charles has stated already he wants every body to come to Sandringham this year," Levin says.
"I suppose it will be very comparable to what they've always had and I assume it's a way of remembering her [Queen Elizabeth] after a very emotional time.
"She was once a devout Christian and Christmas was once very very important to her so this is what is going to happen.
"Whether it will go on for decades, who knows, but he did not want to make a a rapid exchange and I suppose it is very respectful."
Levin these days posted the first biography on Camilla in view that the Queen's death, titled Camilla: From Outcast to Queen Consort.

In that book, Levin recalls a variety of events where Camilla "tried very hard" to assist Meghan alter to royal life, inclusive of a unique dinner the usage of recipes from the Duchess of Sussex's charity cookbook.
But "Meghan wasn't the least bit interested", Levin says. "She went, however it made clearly zero impact on her".
Last week, it was once pronounced the King had prolonged an invitation to Prince Harry and Meghan for them to be part of him and the rest of the royal family at Sandringham.
There has been no professional response from the Sussex camp, so for now their plans stay pure speculation.
Levin believes they may not go to Sandringham, usually due to the fact of their two initiatives that are due for launch soon.

"I assume it depends on what's in his memoir and it also relies upon on what is said in their Netflix documentary which is mostly going to be 'Meghan and my first year with my husband'."
She thinks it's very unlikely for a family reunion at Christmas, especially if "they raise on slating the King and Queen of the UK".
Along with the King and Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales are anticipated to be among the guests at Sandringham.
Prince Edward and Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, are also probably to be blanketed as will Princess Anne.
Levin says the royals might honestly be completely happy about the absence of the Sussexes because of what what they are in all likelihood to say about the monarchy in their documentary, due out on December 8.

"Harry and Meghan are not coming which I think will be a big comfort for the rest of the family," Levin tells The Sun.
"The family will desire to make it a very fantastic day after the Queen's death and I suppose the Sussexes presence would most without a doubt dampen that.
"It's up the Sussexes on whether they prefer their teenagers to recognize what their father's family is like, however additionally it may want to be a case where the royals don't choose them there after the documentary."
