Prince Harry and Meghan reportedly have their very own public family members staff as section of their Archewell team.
Since rebuilding their existence in the US, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have brought on board a new group to replace the Royal Household team of workers they left behind. Now, however, it’s been suggested that Prince Harry and Meghan are parting approaches with a New York-based PR agency, whose relationship with the couple pre-dates their transatlantic move.
Writing for the Daily Mail, Richard Eden states that the duke and duchess are no longer working with Sunshine Sachs, a public family members organisation that has had a relationship with Meghan given that her performing career. A source advised Eden: ‘This is a in reality huge deal for Meghan… She takes the view that she doesn’t need to pay an outside company a lot of cash to do PR for her and Harry any more.’
Keleigh Thomas Morgan, a partner at Sunshine Sachs, is reportedly a friend of the duchess’s, having attended Prince Harry and Meghan’s 2018 Royal Wedding. Eden adds that Morgan was working in the back of the scenes on strategising the couple’s Africa tour in 2019, at some stage in their time as official working royals. She is later said to have used her network of contacts and advisers to assist the pair settle into California (she has reportedly represented actor and filmmaker Tyler Perry, who lent his Los Angeles property to the duke and duchess when they first moved to the US).
It seems that Morgan’s offerings will no longer be required, however, given that the Sussexes’ PR is reportedly being treated ‘in-house’ as part of their Archewell organisation, led with the aid of head of communications Christine Schirmer. Toya Holness, who in the past held the function of global press secretary, is said to have left Archewell before this year.

While a Sunshine Sachs spokesperson reportedly declined to comment, an unnamed supply instructed Eden: ‘When Sunshine Sachs commenced working with the duke and duchess, the format was usually for it to be temporary till a full-time inside group ought to be created. After they have been hired, Sunshine Sachs labored alongside them to help the transition. All aspects are on appropriate terms and periodic advisory work continues.’
