While King Charles hosted a Buckingham Palace backyard birthday celebration before in the week, on Friday it used to be the flip of the Prince and Princess of Wales.
It's been a busy week for backyard events at Buckingham Palace, with King Charles internet hosting one before in the week on Wednesday. But on Friday, the monarch stepped apart to enable the Prince and Princess of Wales to take centre stage.
William and Kate weren't the solely royals to attend the party, as they had been joined by way of the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, alongside their royal cousin, Zara Tindall.
This is the 2d time that the royal couple have led the festivities at Buckingham Palace, with the pair internet hosting a garden celebration in 2025. At the time, the pair selected to honour these who had made a superb contribution to their communities, such as the household of the late Liz Hatton, whom they had met formerly at Windsor Castle.
This time, the birthday party will pay tribute to these affiliated with the patronages, navy affiliations and private initiatives of the royal couple. Among the company invited to the Palace are Rhian Mannings, the founder of 2wish, which helps bereaved households and Sam Stables, the founder of We Are Farming Minds, a charity that works to tackle the stigmas round intellectual fitness in the farming community.
