Fergie's 'had enough' and 'is set to leave Andrew' as facade crumbles for 'world's happiest divorced couple'

Fergie's 'had enough' and 'is set to leave Andrew' as facade crumbles for 'world's happiest divorced couple' - and they demand TWO homes so they can live apart after leaving Royal Lodge.
Sarah Ferguson will leave Prince Andrew living on his own after he allegedly demanded two separate royal properties so they can live apart when they finally leave Royal Lodge after nearly 20 years.
Fergie has lived with her disgraced ex-husband in their 30-room Grade II listed mansion since 2008 but it's understood they may finally move out amid scrutiny over their ties to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Andrew and Fergie divorced in May 1996 after a troubled ten-year marriage but have remained close friends, living a lavish lifestyle together as the 'world's happiest divorced couple' on the Windsor Estate.
In another twist in the royal scandal, it emerged last week that Andrew has not paid rent on the Royal Lodge mansion for two decades, adding to mounting public outrage over his perceived perks.
Andrew has only paid 'peppercorn' rent for the last 20 years, and while he initially tried to dig his heels in by citing the terms of his 'cast iron' lease with the Crown Estate, it is understood he will finally move out.
The prince still has 50 years left on his pre-paid lease and it not known exactly how much money he could receive in compensation for the £7.5million he has spent on Royal Lodge renovations.
Last night, it was claimed Andrew and Fergie have finally agreed to leave their sprawling mansion - but have brazenly demanded two homes in return.
The 65-year-old is said to have requested Harry and Meghan's former home, Frogmore Cottage, while Fergie is eyeing up nearby Adelaide Cottage ahead of William and Kate's departure next month.
Royal experts today rounded on Fergie for her 'greed and entitlement', saying 'she has no right to a property on Crown Estate' and that 'it is not up to the King to house Ms Ferguson'.
Richard Fitzwilliams told the Daily Mail: 'If they think that having two homes - which the King I'm sure won't agree to - is likely to solve things, they're still living in a rather weird fantasy world.
'I'm surprised that Sarah Ferguson has managed these comebacks. There's no comeback now, she's in disgrace.'
Last month, the Mail on Sunday revealed how Fergie called Epstein her 'supreme friend' and apologised for her public criticism of him. This newspaper also revealed how she was secretly bankrolled by Epstein for 15 years.
Mr Fitzwilliams added: 'There's no reason at all that she should [have her own Crown Estate] home. This is an idea that Andrew has had to give up 30-room Royal Lodge. Well, let's have two. I don't see it working. If it was adopted, there'd be outrage... she's not been a working royal since 1996 - the idea that should get anything on the Crown Estate... it doesn't matter what she wants, she is getting out of touch with reality as he has so obviously been.
'Giving up Royal Lodge was going to happen and the pressure must be enormous on them. The pressure they are feeling is so intense that they hardly know what they are doing and thinking. It's extraordinary.
'It's Crown Estate and if there's any taxpayer responsibility, that would be extremely controversial.'
The royal expert added: 'This was the couple who, Sarah Ferguson boasted, were the 'happiest divorced couple in the world'. It seems they now want to separate. The reason is clearly that what made them perfect for each other after divorce and subsequent scandals and debts, was that they were both greedy and entitled.
'Now this cover is blown, they want to live apart in two homes. The world can clearly see that the previous arrangement was designed to maximise the benefit of Andrew's public life for them privately.
'The procession of dubious friends including an alleged Chinese spy over many years spoke for itself. The public have been appalled by them, the politicians are restive and there is almost certainly much more to come in the Epstein files.
'The problem is that the Waleses will not want them as neighbours - who would? If there's one thing that William and Kate won't want, it is Andrew and Fergie in close proximity.'
The Queen's former press secretary, Dickie Arbiter, also questioned Andrew and Fergie's demands. 'It is not up to The King to house Ms Ferguson,' he said.
It comes as Andrew may face the humiliating spectacle of MPs criticising his lifestyle and living arrangements in the House of Commons.
Plans are underway to give Parliament an opportunity to address the scandals surrounding the prince, including his friendship with Epstein.
Andrew's brother King Charles has reportedly long wanted the ex-Duke and Duchess out of the Lodge, for which Andrew has paid only 'one peppercorn (if demanded)' of rent a year since taking on the mansion.
But their demand of two separate houses in return is set to spark fresh outrage.
