Meghan Markle is celebrating her modern criminal win after it was once published that a US court docket has pushed aside a defamation case introduced in opposition to her via her half-sister, Samantha Markle.

US District Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell wrote: "As a realistic listener would understand it, defendant in basic terms expresses an opinion about her childhood and her relationship with her half-siblings.
"Thus, the court finds that defendant's announcement is not objectively verifiable or concern to empirical proof…. plaintiff can't plausibly disprove defendant's opinion of her personal childhood."
Meghan's win comes just a day after she was honoured with an super award and as her husband Prince Harry remains in the UK.
