In this memoir, Duke of Sussex discussed about his life earlier than he determined to walk away from the Royal Family along with his wife, Meghan.
"I suppose he [Harry] is missing in empathy, remorse, and shame," Samantha advised GB News' 'Dan Wootton Tonight'.
"He is displaying a clear disconnect with fact and is so emotionally underdeveloped that he can't pass on from this stage where he has resentment over a total host of issues.
"I don't suppose he can think like an adult because I do not suppose emotionally he is one.
"It's honestly par for the path that he's behaving in this bitter and delusionary way."
In an interview with The Telegraph last week, Prince Harry entreated the Royal Family to make an apology to Meghan.
"You comprehend what you did, and I now be aware of why you did it," Harry said.
"And you've been caught out, so just come clean."
However, Samantha Markle defined why she thinks that the Royal Family should now not problem an apology.
"It would come with a incredible deal of hazard and, I believe, be genuinely hazardous to do so," she added.
"I'm not going to candy-coat this. You're dealing with people who say they won't cease and who seem to favor control.
"They've leaked protection small print about touchy troubles and created countrywide and worldwide protection threats with their unfastened lips and their recklessness.
"If King Charles apologizes to them, he is opening the door for greater abuse.
