But in even greater tennis news, 8-year-old Prince George made his first appearance at the famous grass courtroom tournament. He joins limitless individuals of the British royal household to attend Wimbledon over the years, such as his mother Kate Middleton—a Wimbledon superfan.
Kate grew to become royal client of the All England Lawn Tennis Club in 2016, yet, ever when you consider that she joined the royal household in 2011, she's been a regular at the summer tournament. In 2022 alone, it's the Duchess of Cambridge's third time at Wimbledon; she was in the crowds the day prior to this for the women's singles finals, and handed out the trophies at the stop of the match, and watched the quarterfinals previously in the week.
