Bully or victim? The latest royal controversy surrounding Meghan Markle.

Workplace bullying is a serious issue, however what if your place of business was Buckingham Palace and you are a member of the royal family?
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shocked the world when they told Oprah Winfrey in 2019 that Meghan had been subjected to racism and poor treatment.
But behind palace walls, allegations had been emerging that others have been suffering at the hands of the Duchess of Sussex.
"The palace - like every different large, medium-sized business enterprise - has acquired an HR department, however that deals with staff," The Times royal correspondent Valentine Low says.
"It doesn't deal with contributors of the royal family."

Several former members of Meghan's personnel allege they were intimidated and belittled via her, some so severely they had been pressured to quit.
That remained a closely-guarded secret until the notorious Oprah interview tipped the bucket.
Angered, the staffers took their claims to Valentine, who exposed them to the world.
"There were female who worked for her who had been honestly broken with the aid of her," Low tells reporter Tom Steinfort.

"One man or woman described to me how a member of team of workers was completely destroyed."
The palace deemed the allegations serious adequate to warrant an inquiry, but has given that introduced none of the findings will be made public.
So what did they uncover? And who is the real victim?
This Sunday on 60 Minutes, British tv host Trisha Goddard is adamant it's Meghan Markle.
"Can we just cease messing round and name this for what it is? It's bullying," she says.
Trisha believes the regular vitriol directed at the Duchess of Sussex is unwarranted and perpetuated via a very particular set of people.

"White, male, pale and stale," she says.
"It's the dinosaurs screaming."
But with the dust but to settle on this modern day royal drama, a new investigation may want to show even greater scandalous.
