Prince William and Kate Middleton Showed Support for the LGBTQIA+ Community During Pride Month.

Prince William and Kate Middleton confirmed help for the LGBTQIA+ neighborhood on the occasion of Pride Month, sharing an Instagram post that highlights British intellectual health charity Shout. The organization makes a factor of supporting LGBTQIA+ people's intellectual health.
"This #PrideMonth, we are highlighting @giveusashoutinsta and the incredible work they are doing in support of the LGBTQIA+ community," the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge wrote.
"Over the past year, Shout have supported extra than 150,000 LGBTQIA+ texters here in the UK.
Issues that difficulty LGBTQIA+ people aren't an vicinity of focus for the Cambridges' charitable work, but the duke and duchess have expressed their aid for the neighborhood in quite a few approaches in the past.

They visited the U.S. Embassy in London in 2016, in the aftermath of the Orlando capturing at Pulse nightclub. They wrote in the e book of condolences there, "With our deepest condolences and with our ideas and prayers to all these affected."
Prince William also visited the Albert Kennedy Trust in London in 2019 to examine about the difficulty of LGBTQ+ adolescence homelessness.
There, he was asked how he would react if any one of his three youth had been to come out as homosexual or queer.
"Do you recognize what, I’ve been giving that some concept currently due to the fact a couple of other dad and mom said that to me as well," he said (via People). "I think, you surely don’t begin questioning about that until you are a parent, and I think—obviously absolutely pleasant through me."

More recently, the duke also praised soccer player Jake Daniels' courageous selection to publicly come out as gay.
Although the LGBTQIA+ cause is not one of the Cambridges' fundamental causes, they do a lot of work around troubles that noticeably affect the community, distinctly on mental health, early years, and homelessness.
