Bullying investigation through Buckingham Palace into Meghan Markle's conduct with workforce has reportedly been 'buried' and will never be released.
Buckingham Palace launched a bullying investigation when the Duchess of Sussex was accused of bullying staff, this investigation has now reportedly been 'buried' and will now not be released to the public.
Last year, it was once mentioned that some participants of body of workers accused Meghan Markle of bullying them. In March 2021, it was then printed that Buckingham Palace had recommended 'outside lawyers to probe Meghan Markle bullying claims'
According to the Times (opens in new tab), this investigation from the palace into the claims made by using former employees has now been buried and the outcome will not be released.
The Times reported, "the findings from the tremendously sensitive inquiry, which used to be paid for privately by using the Queen and performed with the aid of an impartial law firm, will never be published."
According to royal courtiers who spoke to the Times, this is to make sure that these who took part in the investigation experience 'comfortable' and so that the difficulty would 'not be performed out in public.'
However, it has also been suggested that some of the members are disappointed that the effects of this investigation are being 'buried' and they have not had the opportunity to study about its outcome.
The investigation was once searching at claims that had been made when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been residing in the UK before they stepped down as senior members of the Royal Family.
The first man or woman to problem an respectable grievance used to be Jason Knauf in 2018 who, in accordance to The Times, cited his issues in a formal email.
"I am very involved that the duchess was in a position to bully two PAs out of the household in the previous year," said Jason. One former employee made claims that they have been 'humiliated' and claimed two other participants of group of workers had been bullied. Another aide said that their journey felt, "more like emotional cruelty and manipulation, which I guess could also be referred to as bullying."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have persisted to say that this story is fictitious. A spokesperson for Sussexes spoke to The Sun (opens in new tab) in March 2021 when the story was once first released to the public ahead of Meghan and Harry's Oprah interview.
"Let’s simply call this what it is - a calculated smear campaign based totally on deceptive and harmful misinformation. We are dissatisfied to see this defamatory portrayal of The Duchess of Sussex given credibility by a media outlet," said the spokesperson.
The spokesperson then claimed that this story was once timed so that it was once released as Prince Harry and Meghan spoke to Oprah in their tell-all interview. "It’s no twist of fate that distorted several-year-old accusations aimed at undermining The Duchess are being briefed to the British media quickly before she and The Duke are due to communicate openly and surely about their trip of latest years," concluded the spokesperson.
