Prince William Asked by the Queen for the First Time to Pay Respects After Death of Foreign Ruler.

 

The Duke of Cambridge traveled to the United Arab Emirates following the loss of life of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

Prince William simply stepped up for Queen Elizabeth in a massive way.

For the first time, the Queen asked her grandson to signify her following the death of a foreign ruler. Prince William, who is second in line to the throne at the back of his father Prince Charles, traveled to the United Arab Emirates to pay condolences following the death of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

Prince William, 39, met with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who has been appointed as President of the United Arab Emirates.

Prince William used to be probable tapped for the day trip because the Queen, 96, not often travels distant places anymore in addition to her mobility troubles limiting her public outings in current months, and Prince Charles, 73, is scheduled to begin his royal tour in Canada on Tuesday. "Your unusual brother committed his lifestyles to serving the humans of the United Arab Emirates and his relationship with its allies and friends."

She continued, "He will be long remembered by means of all who work for regional stability, perception between international locations and between faiths, and for the conservation cause. I offer Your Highness my honest condolences and I lengthen my sympathy to the human beings of the United Arab Emirates."

Prince William lately made his first official visit to the U.A.E. in February, marking his first royal day out abroad in almost two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He headed to Dubai got here at the request of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, and he attended U.K. National Day at Expo 2020 Dubai.
