Injured veterans charity Help for Heroes will no longer lead Team UK at the Invictus Games after education and choosing the group considering Prince Harry launched the tournament in 2014.
The Ministry of Defence has stripped the charity of its obligations and said, going forward, the Royal British Legion will take over main Team UK at the injured veterans event.
The Government said the choice had been made because the Royal British Legion, of which the Queen is patron, should furnish 'more personnel', 'secure funding' and 'a commitment to assist the crew in the future'.
The event used to be launched through Prince Harry in 2014 after he was once stimulated by means of a similar wearing match in the US the 12 months prior. He has now not commented on the information publicly.
