MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry are losing their "royal magic" via staying away from Britain, a marketing specialist has said.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who are residing in California after quitting royal duties, did not travel to the UK for Prince Philip's memorial earlier this week. Harry has only back to Britain twice because Megxit, whilst Meghan has remained in Montecito with their children.
Pauline Maclaran, Professor of Marketing and Consumer Research at Royal Holloway, warned the Sussexes' brand depends on their royal connections.
She said: "I suppose they need to definitely top up their associations with royalty."Because except their royal connections they honestly are nobodies in the US, which is the place they're making an attempt to set up themselves.
